Keurig has sent out 2 brewers one of which was the wrong one. The second is leaking water all over my kitchen counter. Soaking a towel I put by it every night. They sent out another or said they did. But it never shipped until in fact I demanded to speak to a customer advocate. It seems that they tried really hard to make it look like they shipped it when they did not blaming it on Fedex that the info was never processed. Only to eerily find it to be picked up a few hours after calling. Something needs to be done. Either do not offer a warranty and lower the price on these things and stand behind your product. I did not expect to spend over 175.00 for this coffee maker and run into all of these problems. And it seems for reading everyone else reviews that it has yet to start. And I have yet to hear form the advocate any more concerning this issue. Funny...
