I should have read the reviews before I purchased anything from this online company. I bought two items on Nov. 5,2010. Then WEEKS later it stated on my online account the expected ship date was now Dec 2nd. I wrote one email to them complaining about the VERY LONG shipping time, and they sent an automated response explaining how they don't keep anything in stock themselves, and they have to order from OTHER companies after they process my order, wait for it to be shipped to them, unpack it, inspect it, repack it and THEN ship it to me.
Then Dec 2nd comes and goes, with no items and no shipping notice, and my online account with them doesn't even show shipping information anymore! I wrote them a SECOND email asking where my items were, with NO RESPONSE. I called them MULTIPLE times, but was never able to speak to an actual person.instead, I would get an automated message that said all the representatives were busy and to EMAIL them! And then it would hang up on me!
So I wrote a THIRD email asking for a FULL refund and to cancel my order. We will see if I get a response this time, or if I will have to do a charge back on my credit card to get my money back!
Terrible business structure, worse customer service, and I'm not even sure HUMANS work there or if it is all completely automated! I will never purchase from them again, and I suggest that others do the same. This company will definitely go out of business soon.
