Mark Allen rented our house for us while we were out of state and never sent our rent untill we were moving back with more deductions. He charged us to caulk the tubs and sinks it was never done. He charged us to repair our sprinklers tennants said they never worked since the day they moved in my grass was dead as well as all my roses. He charged us to haul metal from back yard never done a gazebo frame & metal fencing. He charged us to repair the handle on storege shed in back yard that was never broken.
He refused to give us the tennents deposit unless we signed a paper stating we would not sue him. He is a theif with a very convincing act
