A) I received an email from a sales rep claiming a $50 off discount code, no qualifications given... Only to find out that my order did not qualify for this or even a lesser discount.
I sent a real simple print job. Some flyers.
B) On the website it says they accept PayPal. When I tried to order it said I had to call in. Rep had no idea and even questioned me that it was on the website until I told him exactly where it was on the order. Then, after answering the question was I SURE I wanted to use PayPal I had to wait for a phone call back. Companies should train their people to do what they claim on their website. Take it off your site otherwise.
C) They sent the 2 days job late and claimed to ship them early (ordered 5 day, shipped 7 days). Fine. Whatever. I just need my print job.
D) horrible cut job... Cut right into the text even though there was plenty of margins.
