Terrible Customer Service and Refund Practices

I've requested from Chadwicks before however it hasn't been for several years. Before I never had an issue, this encounter has brought me towards the finish that I'll never actually purchase from their website again. Purchase was positioned May 19, obtained May 27 and delivered May 31 (the things did not match). July 12 I named to ask about my reimbursement whilst the products have been obtained at their loading dock on June7. After being positioned on store for 34 units, I had been informed it required 7 -10 business days to process incentives. July 20 I called again when I still hadnot received the reimbursement. 27 minutes after being placed on store I had been educated it required 3 -four weeks to approach a return. I confess I got furious, lifted my speech a bit and requested to get a boss. The repetition hung-up on me! Obviously, that created me a bit angrier. I called back and required a boss who advised me that it required 2 MONTHS! To get a refund. UNDESIRABLE!!! I am processing a using the BBB of Boston in addition to their state I live in and am likely to protest on every website I find regarding them. I'm beyond furious today.
