I bought a Troybilt walk behind lawnmower on 04/09/04. I mowed my lawn one time and the engine failed.
I paid $999.99 plus tax. I returned to the store and spoke with the owner on 04/24/04, to see what he would do to remedy the situation.
The owner stated that he would do nothing other than give me the name of an authorizied service center and I would have to take it up with the manufactorer.
After many phone calls I am left without the use of a brand new mower for a minimum of 4 weeks, and the retailer is left with no responsability and a pocket full of cash.
