Dealing with paypal can be a nightmare! I sold a new cell phone on ebay and paypal put a restriction on my acct because they said because i sold an electronic item. Any payments from buyers on future electronic sales are subject to a money hold on my acct for up to 3 weeks! This is rediculous! I send the item to the buyer along with delivery confirmation and i have no access to my money. Stay away from selling electronics on ebay and using paypal to receive your payment! I have never swindled a buyer on an item i have sold on ebay, ever! So i guess at paypal, your guilty until proven innocent.
