Is operated poorly without regard for customers. 2 locations and neither seems well managed. 3 times in last 6 weeks (6 times in 3 months) I arrived with full loads only to find no one there during normal business hours. When inquired, no excuse... Manager (1st location) does not know where the person at the other location is. Today (Oct 15) called ahead..."I will be here all day." 45 minutes later found no one there. Returned 3 hours later and still no one there. Ironic that guys at both locations gone at same time on Saturday afternoon (Mi vs Mi State football... Ummm... At the bar?)
