Morgan Bremner, CEO of Market Amerika, LLC or Location America is in the business of finding locations for the vending industry, supposedly. I will describe to you exactly what happened during the entire transaction and you will decide who he 'really' is.
Around the 1st of July I contacted Morgan about finding some locations for my Script ATM business. I had requested for a quote of 30 locations in which he quoted me 7500 (250 each), half up front, the other half when he finished 15 locations. I was eager to get new locations, but not stupid enough to give someone 3750 dollars without knowing anything about him. He started to tell me that he had 20 years of experience in this industry and he knew what to look for, etc etc etc. Long story short, I signed a contract for 3 locations for 500 dollars, paid in full. I didn't trust him enough to do such a big deal. I thought I'd try him out, see if he is really what he says he is. The contract was to be fulfilled in 60 days, dated July 30.
Today is Oct 7th and I have not received what I paid for, In fact, I have received tons and tons of emails about how he was paid too little for the job, and that he worked so many hours trying to find me a location, or the owners are always on vacation, or the economy is really bad and no one wants to do anything, or he has a family emergency and can't talk on the phone, or that since he worked so much for the past 2 months that he needs more money to keep looking for locations... You get the point, he keeps coming up with some lame excuse for not providing the locations that 2 months ago he said he had no problem getting. He actually told me in the beginning he should have 30 locations all done in less than 3 weeks. What a JOKE! He can't even find 1 (ONE) single location. Thinking back, I'm so so so so glad I didn't do the 30 locations deal.
I am writting this not only because he is a complete fraud, took my little money, but I want to make the public aware that he has no interest AT ALL in working for you. All he wants to do, and intends to do is to take your money and come up with excuses why it's not working and why he needs more money. If you have given him money already, then forget seeing your hard earned dollars again, not in locations and for sure not in $ again.
Here are some of the things he will say to you to get your deal...
- If you'll sign the deal and send me the (wire transfer) today then I will include full warranty, for a life time.
- He will keep calling you and calling you, even when you tell him not to call you again, he will keep doing that until he can get you to take your money out of your wallet.
- I thought for sure 100% that I would not have done business with him in the first 3 weeks of negotiating, but I was wrong. If there is something he is good at, and I mean really good, is that he can talk his way into ANYTHING. That is actually something I admire of him. (amazing talker)
- Morgan, actually I am kind of glad I did business with you for only $500 dollars because I think the people all over the web that read this might benefit a great deal from it and save themselves even more money from people like you.
