L&L Diamond Vending & Locating Services is a huge ripoff and BOGUS locating service. They claim they guarantee high traffic, superior locations in their web site.
This is a HUGE lie! Blatant false advertising! The locations they give you are in personal residences, down dark alleys, stores that openly tell you they don't like candy and don't want your machine, and locations that are FULL of other vending machines that you have no chance of making any money. They also give you the same locations that they give all of their other clients in the same area. RECYCLED locations. We have proof that they do not even try to find out if a location is high traffic or even suitable for a vending machine.
They just have teenagers calling people from a phone list and asking them if they will have a machine in their location. They don't even bother to check if the person they are talking to is the manager and has the authority to let you place a machine. We were sent to the wrong address several times and even sent three times to locations that were out of business and had been closed for months! If you try to talk to them about any of this they deny and call you names and bully you and claim it is not their problem. They are extremely nice until they take your money and then it is just complete rudeness from then on. We paid for them to place 52 machines. We only got 40 locations and only 2 of those locations make more than $10 per month.
We tried to get our money back for even a portion of the locations and even got Jerry, the owner, to agree, but then his wife, Lisa Stachnik got involved and she is the rudest, most uncooperative, unbusinesslike person I have ever come across. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PHONY LOCATORS! You will just be throwing your money away!
