Well, we're completed buying at our local Menards in Large Rapids, Mi. Though we were not ready to purchase an HDTV a couple weeks before because of bad support, after further conversation using the store-manager, he did contact us to express he spoke to his team to make sure our poor encounter would not happen again. We approved the truth that he could not find us another HDTV to purchase, and prepared on discovering one elsewhere.
However we'd another poor encounter on 07/16 whenever we visited our local Menards to complete some buying and purchase a "Oversized Leather Rocker Recliner" for sale due to their "Mad Times" marketing. Originally, we got aid from the youthful male team who had been really pleasant and useful once we required it to become sent to our condo. He got us to some pc and place in all of the info to market and provide us the couch, and stated it'd be $40.00 for this to become shipped the next evening. We stated that could be excellent. Then he stated he was sorry, but needed to get another revenue team to accomplish the purchase since he was not approved to. Then he got an extremely high, bald guy we think was called Harry to accomplish our deal. This additional team first stated it mightnot be shipped about the next day simply because they were not performing any deliveries that evening. He mentioned the following day after was the first it'd be shipped. We decided that might be ok if it mightnot be nowadays or even the next. Then he stated they might provide the couch to the storage. We mentioned that people existed within an house and had no storage. Then he stated they'd provide it towards the road before the handle. I subsequently discussed that my spouse and that I are handicapped, and required it sent to our condo on an upper-floor. Which was why we required it shipped, since we could not make it up the trip of steps to the condo. Then he stated it'd charge $10.00 more to create it to the condo, along with the $40.00 shipping charge. We reside just one mile from Menards.
We then told Harry (shop team) that people did not accept spending significantly more than $40.00 simply to contain it sent to our condo.
