We bought a split ductless AC program strong from Ramsond online. They are doing a great market work, but, their assistance may be the worst. The system never worked precisely, as just one device worked (the 9Kbtu), another was useless. (the 12Kbtu).
It was about three years before and all efforts to obtain a reaction from their store failed. We're out a large number of bucks and uncomfortably ashamed.
