I purchased a Ramsond Sunshield 12 Volt 8 Amp Solar Charge Controller that proved to be defective upon installation. Ramsond refused to refund my purchase price and stonewalled me. After numerous emails I finally had to resort to filing a complaint with PayPal (fortunately I had used PayPal to pay for the Controller). PayPal refunded my full purchase price and, presumably, charged it back to Ramsond.in my opinion Ramsond is an unethical, unscrupulous vendor of shoddy merchandise. I would avoid dealing with them!
