Hello,
I purchased link above model: 35GWX1B with 25 ft of Insulated Copper Connecting Pipe But I was sent 15 ft of Insulated Copper Connecting Pipe.
I was sent Model: 37GW2 which I believe is basically the same thing but with 15ft. I intentialy bought here to get the 25ft as my room to be cooled is not next to an outer wall & I really could use the extra feet to run under the crawlspace to the back exterior.
Do you really have any 25ft insulated copper connecting pipe? Thanks if you can advise if available. XXXX XXXX

Most of our customer usually bring there line set to a local HVAC and they usually add the extra that you need it come a lot cheaper than purchase a new line set Christian Sirois Technical Support Ramsond Corporation

As you can see they completely ignored the fact that they advertised & I purchased the 25' model that they did not send & simply recommend to me to go spend more money elsewhere & deal with it on my own.
This clearly shows to me they are intentionally using false advertisement.
The box with my line was open with a cap off as well & doing a search I see I'm not the first. Just more food for thought on thier trust & reliability, apparently.
