I worked for this craphole of a company. First let me tell all the people who want a refund, you can get one if you dispute it with your cc company. I have seen money returned many times, my supervisor said that if it gose to a dispute the money will be returned every time.
Call the call 800 nunber you called when you "won" you trip get a supervisor on the line, tell them you will despute it. You will get your refund. If not despute it. Let me tell you thay also rip off employes too. I was fired because i asked for a bonus that I earned and did not recive. They tell you the sales person may tell you that he is not on commission but I got riped of for many of them. Eather witheld or taken away. Some of the smaller packages in Orlando are ok and worth the money, but the crusies are worthless you can book better with any travle agent.
