This company is a scam... Don't send your money. I used this company when I first became a notary so I didn't think twice about renewing with them. I should have read the reviews before sending them my money. My check was cashed immediately upon receipt. I have been trying to contact them for over a month now... The business numbers takes you to a mailbox that is full. They have yet to respond to any emails or faxes. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court to get my $104 back.By the way... BBB gave them a F.
