I submitted my notary renewal with Atlantic Bonding Company in July. My Visa card was deducted, yet I never received my notary. I contacted the company in August and was informed by a phone representative that I would receive it in September. I called again around September 15 and was told "two more week" and that they were "backed up." I calle the state and was informed my application was never received. They further told me Atlantic Bonding Company was out of business. I am scheduled to perform a wedding in two weeks and was forced to pay out of pocket for another application! I called the company and was forwarded to a voicemail which was full.
