I mailed the form received from atlantic bonding of application for renewal of notary public license, together with my check payable to atlantic bonding for $75.26. My check was shortly cashed i subsequently learned from the office of florida secretary of state that atlantic bonding was no longer approved effective september 23. I am unable to reach zinman's company
by telephone so i sent and faxed my letter demanding the return of my monies. To date no response has been received. I understand that there are hundreds of persons in a similar position. I also understand that the attorney general of penn. Has restitution of funds illegally received and retained by atlantic & zinman.
