I want to write about LMS Staffing I had the worst experience working for this temp Agency as a Medical Assistant. First of all, I met with Ben Moore which was one of the recruiter, During the interview process everything went well I was explain about their policies and procedures and how they function. Now, when I had my first assignment I was told by the supervisor that certing information that was giving to them was incorrect about skills and techniques and also that i was under the impression I was suppose to be doing one thing and turns to be something else. I been through alot with this temp agency I feel it's a company that will waste your time. I had to do 2 weeks training one time for one of their clients and it was unpaid out of all the training i did I round up at a front desk now remind you I have clinical back experience I was really looking forward doing that 2 weeks boring training to be in my choosen field. But it was a set up I wasted my little money and time and effort to work in front desk. I do not recommend LMS Staffing at all they will waste your time
