Set me a calling card for 10 day free use on Feb 3rd and I terminated it on Feb 9th and asked for a refund |Fed 10th because they took 139.90 out of my checking account on Fed 6th. Which they were not supposed to do because I notified them that I did not want the service before the ten day trail period was up.
I have called them and forms were sent for me to sign and a refund was supposed to be sent in two weeks still no refund. I have called repeatedly but get the runaround. I have written then with no response. Now if you try to call all you get on the phone is a recording (all circuit are busy) this is any time of day or night. I have been ripped off. Help
