They came 3h later with a truck in very bad conditions. Took 7h to move 5 miles distance, 15 boxes and few pieces of furniture. Actually they disappeared for 1.5h during the moving (intentionally in my opinion as I was paying an hourly rate). The final price vs. Estimate was the double. They damaged my brand new wood floor despite repeated requests to cover the floor that were ignored by movers. They also damaged 2 coffe tables (deep scratches). I filled up a claim form in May (just after the moving), sent to them for which they keep ignoring. They do not answer my calls or emails, notice it has been more than 4 months now. Tried to get help from Florida Dept of Consumers, they contacted them, but did not do anything. Wasted my time as they were useless. Now I am trying to get help from BBB. Complaint is still in progress. I am claiming $25 to mask the scratches on the wood floor, $79 for the tables (real price) and $113 for the 1.5h they disappeared. My last resource will be to get a lawyer. Not for the money, because I will probably spend more with the lawyer rates, but because of their disregard, for the moral and the principle. Stay away from them!!!
