Sleepy's is a company based on scams and dishonest employees. Whe you try to contact head quarters, the customer service reps are rude, and DO NOT stand behind they product! They ripped me and my family off and are refusing to fix the problem. They sell a mattress and throw in all these "FREE" products but dont tell you they slight reduce the price of the mattress and add these "FREE" ITEMS INTO THE THE TOTAL COST OF THE MATTRESS! Only when we had a problem did they send us in every which direction but the right one! I'm angry and sad that they treated us poorly and without concidering we spent hard earned income to get a mattress for our family and being on a fixed income wasn't a concern to them when they charge you to take the mattress back when they never explained these FEE'S to us. We should have went to a better established, honest and should have checked the reviwes online. They are numerous complaints that people should know about. Please don't shop there if you value your money!!
