On September 19, I signed a contract with United Propane for delivery of propane gas for the winter. I sent in a $158 check for fees to do a verification on my systems at my home. On September 26, the technicians came out and checked my system and noted on the order that my tank was 65% full and did not need a delivery of propane gas. They told me to call when I needed it. They would not deliver until I called.
On October 5, I received an invoice in the amount of $57.46 for 41.6 gallons of propane gas that was supposed to have been delivered on September 28. I immediately called to let them know I received no delivery and I wanted the amount taken off and a zero balance shown on my account.
Cleve was the person I talked to and he said he had a delivery ticket with my name on it and my address and that the gas was delivered. I said that it hadn't been and so he said he would send a technician out to check it.
My account still shows the $57.46.
