I bought a couch from the business named Natuzzi and also the body is creaking and filling has all sunk, they declare its not there issue which after I bought the couch I had been convinced to consider out an insurance against any issues that might happen once promise has go out. I approached Multimaster today and was informed that since I first found the issue in Sept this past year I'm not protected since under my conditions and terms an issue must be documented for them within 10 times. I never obtained a certification of insurance or conditions and terms, I had been informed by Natuzzi the store that my purchase quantity was adequate which was in 2005. I will have a couch that's totally ineffective with no insurance, I recommend anyone, don't remove insurance with this specific organization because they may have some kind of escape term.
