Poor customer service

I purchased a couch from DFS early 2004 it ultimately resulted in in september (overdue) the couch turned increasingly more sagging as period has on, I had beennot actually worried when I am rearly athome and that I had bit of brain with my 5 years address.

On calling DFS wishing they'd form the issue out then I had been informed since I had been not within the first-year of the guarantee I had been not eligible for anything. Eventually after spending a lot of time worrying about the telephone I acquired them to deliver somebody out to truly have a look. Who included some foam but truly produced no distinction towards the loose seats.

Has anyone else been fooled into purchasing DFS insurance for 5 years??? Well if so terrible information the insurance is not insurance its particular leak address.

When you havenot purchased a couch however in my own experince do not purchase DFS and undoubtedly do not purchase the insurance (or not the insurance whilst the situation is) If anyone can provide me-any aid with this issue I'd appricate it.
