On June 10 we placed an order for four American Eagle chairs with V Furniture. The company promised delivery in two weeks, but we received the order on July 26, almost a month longer than promised. Within 7 days, the screws holding the chairs together began to come out.By the second week, the chair material began to rip.in the beginning of August we took two of the chairs that looked the worst back to the V Furniture store, and we requested the company to take back all four, and receive four different chairs. They promised that we will receive the exchange in two weeks.
We waited until September, and after 6 weeks we began to call them and stop by the store asking where our exchange was. The company claimed that the chairs will be delivered to us on September 20th. We did not receive anything from the company, and we began to call and stop by the store. They promised to deliver the chairs after assembly to us on October 1st. Nothing was delivered to us. On October 2nd, we brought the other two chairs back to the store, and we asked what happened with the promised delivery. Nothing was provided, not the chairs or a refund.
