September 16, I ordered 10 dining room chairs for Thanksgiving and was told they would be delivered couple weeks for the holiday. I still have not received them. I have been told they would be delivered approximately every 3-5 days since Thanksgiving. For the last 2 weeks his delivery truck has been broken down out of state! He will not go pick up the chairs and will not let me go and pick them up either. I do not think my chairs were ordered and he used my $12K plus to pay his bills. He promised to deliver the chairs yesterday or refund my money plus 10% - when the chairs were not delivered, he refused to refund my money. I ordered fabric $3780 before Xmas that he promised I would receive before Xmas. I still have not received this either - supposedly it has been mailed to me 3 times! I have rights as a consumer. I expressed my feelings that he has never ordered my items, and he is angry with me now.
