Sold fish who died within 10 hours in an established fish tank with other healthy living fish and refused even partial refund

This pet store sells unhealthy fish, and refuses even a partial refund or store credit if the fish dies less than 1 day later.

I offered to bring the store a sample of the water from my aquariam so that they could test it. I live less than 10 minutes away from the fish store, and my tank has several other fish, each of them completely healthy.

The owner said that even if he tested my water and it was perfect, he would not offer me any kind of refund or store credit - even though this expensive fish died in less than 10 hours.
