Overcharging customers on Cyber Monday web orders

Obtained Cyber-Monday discount delivered straight to me from fanniemay.com. Discount was for-free delivery and 20% off. I visited about the discount link and put an order for approximately $90. I've my mail verification and site deal bill that fit. Once the purchase began delivery, Fannie May rescinded the 20PERCENT discount and charged the initial cost. They didn't contact me ahead of time, they didn't stop the purchase. They began completing the purchase and receiving me significantly more than I'd approved once the purchase was positioned. After I named nowadays concerning the overcharge, the telephone consultant recommended the 20% discount did not affect my purchase (despite the fact that the web site procesed it instantly after I place products in my own wagon) plus they were getting me the entire cost. She recommended me my purchase whole was currently $108 despite the fact that my verification stated $90. She also recommended I'd not be returned for that distinction. I requested to talk to a boss since I don't think it authorized to cost greater than a customer authorizes on the charge card purchase. The telephone consultant explained they "weren't to send these kind of calls to some boss, simply to provide us a contact address." The email address may be the universal site customer support mail. I requested the telephone consultant to stop the remaining of my purchase. First she said she could not since "it'd all delivered." I mentioned that many of the purchase wasn't because of be delivered until in a few days and that I desired that cancelled becasue I'd not be spending significantly more than I approved. She subsequently decided to stop the remaining of the purchase but couldn't supply me a verification and so I wish it's terminated. From studying numerous customer sites I'm conscious that quarry isn't an isolated event at all and may be considered a great class action situation.
