On May 29th I spot two purchases with Empire Rug with sales person Mr. Phillip Dorminey. Buy # 1 (U050173) for $5,189.25 and Purchase Number 2 (U050174) for $1810.75, that was a unique order product. Both purchases was billed to my National show which was settled entirely. Kingdom's plan for termination was within 3days. Order Number 2 was terminated exactly the same night along with a complete credit was handed and put-back on my American Express 0f $1,810.75. The rug which was mounted in 4rooms had issues. They delivered restoration teams on a number of different event to correct rugs. The sitting-roomis rug was so poor the fix representative stated that the rug needs to be changed because of the poor order of carprt which was mounted. I'd to reselect a rug for that sitting area. I did so so with another sales person from Kingdom nane Reggie. The rug within the sitting-room was mounted on June 27th. This assume to be always a substitute rug from Purchase #U050173 which was currently taken care of, but rather work confused the purchase figures and charged my American Show without my agreement. I approached Kingdom on many events to describe them that I've a zero stability which this really is a mistake plus they WOn't credit the $1,810.75 they charged for the alternative rug which was previously taken care of. I'd to document a to American Express to obtain my cash back. Empire Carpets has me in selections and use it my credit history. I'd like customers to understand that Kingdom has poor customer support as well as their quality of rug isn't great. I am still having difficulty using their rug. You will find 4 joints in my own boy's room, when vaccuumed the vaccuum cleaner is complete in secs. The caliber of rug is terrible. I'd like for Kingdom to examine their paper-work and acknowledge towards the mistake and also to eliminate this selection off my credit history!!! I've a zero balance. I currently settled them $5,189.25 that was a waste of cash. I've a lot of regrets.
