Reserved trip through Dialnfly on 11th February for 14-year old child to visit along to Hongkong on 31st march with VirginAtlantic, compensated by bank card £490.00. Depth including quantity of traveler, trip range was incorrect. Trip terminated on 12th February 009, (no purpose).informed it had been arranged on 16th march. Get to airport on evening of journey 31st march with child and 10-year old boy. At sign in I had been informed solution wasn't reserved and was terminated on 16th march. Virgin Atlantic team recommended I-phone Dailnfly, did with no one was at their workplace. Team recommended i possibly purchase a greater solution or good another flight. Visited various flight to check on for routes for my dissapointed and tearful child but was not able to good any therefore chose to purchase a greater pice solution for child to visit on a single Virgin trip at £863.40. This involved my kids investing money and much more.

Following day approached Dialnfly who stated solution was released about the evening of journey and mail me specifics which mentioned it had been at after 15.00 on 31st march however the return day was wrong when I needed my child to visit again on th 20thApril not 23rd April. Approached Virgin Atlantic who stated 'Yes' solution was released about the day-but because of distress with termination the solution specifics wasn't about the computor program. Both Virgin Atlantic and Dialnfly have the effect of creating me and my loved ones tension and lack of cash.
