Hired this firm to obtain loan modification. Given A Plus BBB rating & glowing testimonials from numerous other supposed clients like me. BBB rating bogus & not true. Paid $ 3,000.00 for modification service... Filled out same forms 4-5 times. Had at least 5 different company representatives and always told file was in processing at my mortgage company. Despite all this, I held on with this company for over a year.in October I was promised by owner - Jeffrey A. Smith HIMSELF that he would look into my case, rectify any problems and handle modification. Now house is in foreclosure. Can't get any answers to E-mails or telephone messages. Would really like to get a group of scammed, ripped off people to get together and bring an action in Florida court re: this attorney. Maybe get sanctions against his firm?
