Shopping at Kohls.com has been the most harrowing experience I have had with any retailer's website and customer service. It started with Black Friday when the website shut down... Guess do to over abundance of shoppers. I never did get all I had set out to order. Went to Penneys site instead. But that is not the worst of it. I have been trying to order more from for 3 days. Now says I am locked out cause of too many failed attempts! Duh! Guess who's fault that is? So I have been trying to call them for 2 days... And all I can get is... We have an overabundance of callers. Please call back, Goodbye. Not even an option to hold. No way will I ever shop online with them again and the way I see they feel about their customers probably won't even shop in the stores.
