I requested a gift basket to become shipped 24 hours later, they delivered mean email stating there is an issue with my credit card, I subsequently went online and terminated the very first purchase and reordered the container using another card. They wound up delivering the container in my experience (the sender), I advised the florist it was an error plus they required the container back. After I named the organization to truly have the container resent, they declined to recognize their error, therefore the receiver never received a container and also to top if off after I named the credit card organization to challenge the cost I came across the quantity they charged me on my declaration wasn't just like the total amount which was charged to my charge card, the cost was greater. I want I'd read the rest of the grievances from this organization, I'd not have handled them.
