We said "no" to a phone call selling magazines. They have sent two bills by letter. We didn't order and have not paid

We received a telephone solicitation for a magazine we already purchase from the publisher. We said we were not interested. Subsequently, we have received two bills from this firm... Neither has been paid. We didn't order from them; we don't want to buy from them.
