Purchased item on 9/13 my card was charged 20.90 for shipping and product, on the 20th I sent an e-mail to their listed address asking for an update, no-one responded, on the 21st I called the number listed on their site, got an answering machine, Guy named Tony said leave a message I did 3 times and have not heard a thing, just tried to e-mail again and now it says it's not a valid e-mail address.
