Go ahead and try to contact a LIVE person or maybe even envoke a response from this company - Good luck - you won't get it.
I mistakenly mistook this company for something legitimate and purchased a resume review back in November.
Through another site Career Builder I thankfully landed a job in December.
January 1 I requested to cancel any and all services from Jobfox as I did not need their service any longer.
Something else I want to point out... I don't recall requesting any sort of monthly service other than a resume review.
Also, the job listings they send you are bogus and when you click on the job they have suggested it is outdated/no longer available. I even e-maild jobfox asking why none of their jobs listed are valid - no response.
I noticed a charge of $29.99 automatically debited from my account. I requested a cancellation via e-mail in January and got no response.
I called and was not able to get a live person - all extensions go to the same generic voice mail box in which noone ever returns a call.
Come February - another automatic debit is charged on my account. I again g throught the same 3 steps (e-mail, voice mail, & fax). No response.
March - another automatic debit is charged and this time its $69.95.
I leave a very serious - call me with an answer by end of business day message, send another e-mail, call another number I found on the internet that shows it's a phone number to follow up on resumes - guess what - it's not a phone number - it goes to a fax machine.
April (now) I call my bank to report this company and to put an immediate STOP payment preventing any further charges.
In all they have charged my account in excess of $400 without my consent.
Anyone else experiencing this? Help!
