I want to warn anyone that might be considering leaving items with Antique Nancy at Granny's Attic in Temecula, CA to reconsider. When my mother died I did not want to sell her antiques at a garage sale so I found Nancy Theis on the internet.
After speaking to her on the phone, I delivered over 140 antique items to her booth at Granny's Attic in Temecula, CA. She agreed to sell the items for a 40% cut. After leaving the items with her for over a year and not having very much success, I made arrangements to pick up my antiques.
When I arrived, she had some of the items available, but was unable to locate over $600. Worth of my Mother's antiques. All she would say is that I signed a contract that she would not be held responsible for "lost or stolen items." When I contacted her about returning the antiques that belonged to me, she was unwilling to discuss it further and said "she did not have to prove anything to me."
I think it is a shame she takes advantage of people and has no remorse for her actions. I want to get the word out to warn others of how she will rip you off and smile as you walk away!
