After you sign up for the " free "software there gone and the charges start rolling in with no way to contact cancel or get any support whatsoever. This company tried to steal $900 from me for one $6.00 e-bay item i sold. Stay clear of them at all costs even pay - pal cannot help you communicate with them they gain access to your auction I. D and then steal money from whomever you have at that auction site to handle your payments.
