Think twice before dealing w / him. He is charming, boastful, and says what you want to hear to get your business, then leaves you with a bounty of problems that you were not disclosed of, and forced to deal with.
He will deny all claims & never admit fault. Protect yourself & be wise to his BS. Be sure to back up all verbal agreements with email or documentation. You can not rely on his "word."
