Wowway picture formate problem

I have a non hd tv and non hd dvr and non dv digital cable box the boxes thing there hd so there giving 16x9 picture formate insted of 4x3 picture formate for non hd tv user thsi si wrong and need to be fixed but thay keep tellign me cant do nothing cant do nothing cant do nothing about it and i tell them need to be fixed so it shows 4x3 for non hd tv user right i dont own a hd tv and thay dont care at all hope people read this call in and conplaine about the 4x3 picutre size so thay fix it for non hd tv user thanks
