Service Cut From Pole After Late $40 Payment and Not Restored

I had Comcast for 5 years and I needed to pay them $40 and they came to my house and turn me off from the pole I said sorry I paid them than I said turn me on they said no so easy to turn me off not back on. I will never go back to them again never they lost a lest 50 more years. Good bye..
