Our experience with this company was horrible. They coerced us into paying $520 more than the original estimate; they delivered our items after 23 days; they lost $2,500 worth of our belongings. This company is dishonest and unethical. Do not use them.
The initial contract (via email) stated that we would pay $2,180 for the move and that they would deliver our belongings in 5-14 business days from pickup. We were manipulated into signing the final contract: They did not show us the final contract until the day of pickup; we would have lost our deposit had we not otherwise signed it; and we would have not been able to arrive at our rental by the day we needed to sign the lease.
Here are the facts:
* Their original communication to us (via e-mail on July 5) stated a delivery time of 5-14 days on pick-up as well as a delivery sum for $2180.
* The company changed both of those agreements on the day of the move without any prior communication, leaving us with no reasonable alternative for another mover.
* We called repeatedly during the first two weeks but did not receive a response. Triple 7 neglected to honor their initial promised delivery window and went past the stated, reasonable dispatch time. They also neglected to account for the delays.
* Our belongings finally arrived on August 23 after 24 days (17 business days).
* The delivery truck did not contain our bed frame ($50) or two boxes which contained three framed works of art ($2,000).
Unfortunately when we hired Triple 7 Movers, we did not see this story about them on Las Vegas Channel 13 News: http://www.ktnv.com/yo...
I hope that this review spares you the terrible frustration that we've experienced with this company.
