I put an order (5/8/09) over the phone for ink cartridges, which was confirmed on their site. Shipping was guaranteed within 5days but hasn't been performed. Despite telephone calls, emails and notice to a backup towards the parent organization, I've not along with 007Ink had any responce. I've suggested, when they're not able to provide the products requested they must deliver the funds they obtained via my banking account back. I've educated them that I will illafford to get rid of income by their standard and that I'm 83 years old.
