I had been informed the delivery was 3.95 for 14-day trial. I named on 12/09/08 to tell them that item wasn't obtained & requested the account be terminated. I had been guaranteed the funds wouldn't be taken from my bill. I tested my bill 6 nights later & 87.13 was taken. I named 866.949.0138 & talked with 2 individuals who suggested that account was terminated & reimbursement ought to be completed in 24-48 hours having a verification mail being delivered to let's understand. Obviously, no mail hasbeen obtained & I am currently obtaining the run-around about obtaining our cash back. I'll be dealing with my lender to obtain the cash back. I submitted a problem using the Better Business Institution in Fort Lauderdale. I'd wish there's a method to eliminate the organization before others are cheated.
