On June 19th I requested a Sony-Ericson telephone for my daughter’s birthday from CellHut ($86.98). Whenever we obtained it – it'd not cost. I experienced the RMA number procedure (15415) and delivered back the telephone via FedEx (that I taken care of). I spoke having a consultant who stated that I really could trade the telephone to get a Motorola RIZR-Z3 (144.99). On July 7th I obtained a from CellHut using the same damaged Sony-Ericson telephone (rather than the RIZR). For that next three day’s I spoke with many reps looking to get a delivery tag sent to me. Every time I named I had been on-hold for on average half an hour. Lastly on July 9th I obtained a UPS delivery tag (view linked monitoring from UPS) and that I delivered the low-operating telephone back to get a second-time. On July 16th I obtained a 3rd bundle from CellHut also it was exactly the same damaged Sony telephone that were delivered to me twice before. I named CellHut again and requested to get a supervisor. I talked with “Brian” who apologized and guaranteed to deliver me a delivery tag via mail as well as guaranteed he might ensure that I obtained the right telephone. On July 18th (2 nights later) another delivery tag was emailed tome and that I delivered the telephone back. On July 22 Cell Hut obtained the Sony telephone - Rasheed closed for this (based on the advantages monitoring – notice attached). I had been said to be billed for that distinction between your 2 telephones or acknowledged for that Sony telephone, but rather I had been billed $148.99, that was significantly more than I had been initially cited. I named the week of July 8th and spoke with Lafenia and he or she guaranteed that my bank card could be acknowledged for that telephone I returned… it didn't occur. I called back on July 25th and spoke with Steve and he explained he would need to contact me back (after I had been about the telephone for over one hour). He's never called me back.
