We received a cll trying to get us on a recording stating that we would pay for an invoice. We have no info or knowlede=ge of this company. A supervisor then tried to call to intimidate and cofirm a yes to a payment of these alleged services. I then received a bill, and still no signed contract copy, advertising proof, nothing. This sounded shady to me from the get-go like "toner pirates." I found that no one had officially reported them to the BBB and that is what needs to happen. They are in good standing with the BBB. You can file a complaint on line to http://www.upstateny. BBB.org and help other consumers.
