A person calls your business stating that they represent the Yellow Pages and are verifying your address. They state that an invoice is being sent but that there is no charge for being listed. What they don"t tell you is that you are ordering a subscription and that because it has gone to print you are committed.
They also don"t tell you that there is more than one directory that you have bought. Amazingly they can't provide you with an order form or recording verifying the order.
