Integretel IS NOTHING but a FRAUD company. I've read alot about this company & how they can still be going & working their RIP off Scam business is beyond me!
I got my phone bill today & along with it was a exta bill (from Integretel) for $40.00 ($20.00) a minute. I had no idea what these charges were for so I of course called the company...
The first lady kinda gave me the run around. So I decided to go online & reasearch this company & saw all the bad things about it. I then called back & was like I just dont understand this... At all... I have no clue what these charges are for. The lady was sincere & (after listening to me complain) said all I really had to do was ask & she could credit my account with my phone company... Which was weird... But hey... I wasnt gonna complain. Anyhow I really think something needs to be done to this FRAUD company!!!
