I was charged 4 different charges of $19.95 plus tax by a company named OAN to my SBC phone bill. They had told me that it was because i filled out some kind of questionare or signed up for a $1000 dollar shopping spree or signed up to receive a free lap top or something like that. And when i clicked i agree to the terms that somewhere in those terms said that i was going to get charged that much monthly to my phone bill. I don't remember filling out anything! Let alone give out my SS# or phone number on the internet but they had all that info. I also got charged $36.51 by a company called Integretel for a family service pack or something like that. SBC told me i was going to have to contact both... OAN gave me back $88.20 and integretel said that they weren't going to give me back anything but they were going to cancel my services from this point on. (that i never signed up for. They had my highschool and DOB... No clue how they got that either.) i got a conformation number from OAN to take off the $88.20 and the lady at SBC took of the $36.51 herself since integretel wouldn't do anything about it.
